During these unprecedented times, we understand that worries over our loved ones and finances can be overwhelming. Age Discrimination Case

Following the recent age discrimination hearing, all public sector pension schemes including the Local Government Pension Scheme will need to adjust the scheme rules to comply with the court hearing, the consultation for the Local Government scheme is not expected to commence until early 2021. Any adjustment would be retrospectively applied. Read more>>
